What we do:
Sand Blasting - The vehicle or machine is sand blasted to remove old paint, concrete, decals and imperfections.
Paint preparation - After blasting, the machine is blown dry to remove any surface deposits and excess sand or dust. All necessary areas, windows, rams, lights and gauges are masked off or removed to ensure the paint only goes where it should go.
Painting - This is a three step process to ensure the quality and integrity of our finished product. Two coats of Dupont Epoxy Primer cover the bare metal that has been blasted and provides the necessary amount of base paint on the vehicle or equipment. A final topcoat of your choice using Dupont Imron Commercial Coatings is applied. To ensure quality control, a thorough inspection of your equipment or vehicle is done prior to delivery.
